I truly believe that the fastest way to make anyone care about a story is through a photo. It is also the fastest way to humanize someone and what has happened to them.
Therefore, when it comes to capturing images to accompany my work, this is at the forefront of my mind. I also believe that in an age where cell phones are increasingly capable of higher quality images suitable for digital publication, it is an opportunity to capture images otherwise lost
Since the age of ten, I have been obsessed with taking photos with whatever form of camera I have had access to. Now, as a multimedia journalist I have been able to bring this passion into my work everyday.
